Shipping Prices

• Up to £9.99 = £1.50 postage
• £10.00 - £49.99 = £2.99 postage
• £50.00 - £99.99 = £5.25 postage
• £100 + = FREE

Orders will usually be sent by Royal Mail 1st class post. Large / bulky orders may be sent via a courier.

You can request an express service (guaranteed next day delivery) we charge you for this service at cost (please enquire for the charge).

How soon will I receive my order?

Our aim is to send orders out within 5 working days of an order being placed, delivery by courier can take up to 5 days but in our experience is quicker than this

You will be notified by email that your items have been sent out. Orders are processed in order of date received.

Returns Policy

We are unable to accept any returns of engraved / personalised items unless the item is defective
Any items purchased, excluding engraved / personalised items may be returned by prior arrangement at the customer’s expense within 7 days of delivery. Goods must be in their original packaging, unused and must be returned with receipt. For your own protection we suggest you use first class registered post. Please contact us by email if there is a problem with your order. We will provide guidance on where to return items, and the options on obtaining an exchange / refund.

Exchanges or refunds can only be made once the original goods have been received back to us. We will refund any reasonable carriage costs resulting from Deppets packing errors.
